I made this beautiful
tutu skirt from 15 yards of delicate white matte tulle! White is so versatile and works for so many occasions. Hand finished at the waist with 6 yards of Tiffany blue (turquoise) satin ribbon that ties in a bow at the back. Elastic waist for easy off and on. I am including a white lace sheer under skirt (a separate piece) for underneath.
